One Year Old
On July 1 we celebrated our first birthday. From zero to 700 members in a year the club has been transformed. Key improvements have been made to the grounds and the changing facilities have been repaired; snooker can be played in the depth of winter as can Skittles. We were able to watch the world cup on our Plasma TV. WiFi is freely available. Major repairs have been made to the roof, the kitchen has been deep cleaned and a start made to the modernising the fabric of the building.
Of course there's a lot more to be done, the plans are in place and what we want are more members - so please spread the word and of course please renew your membership and we will see what year 2 will bring.
